2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

A restaurant and bar is right across the street with live entertainment at House's Bar and Grill; The pools are easy to get to. This unit is a 1BD/1Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included.

Two-bedroom/two-bath second-row condo located 150 ft from the beach access. Perfect getaway for a couple or small family. This is probably the best value on the island given its location. Clean, affordable, and just steps from the ocean! Weekly rentals only, June - Aug, arrival & departure on Sat only, no exceptions. Off-Season Weekly Rates - Fall & Spring: $750 per week, Winter: $625 per week. Monthly Rates: Dec - Feb: $1875 per month, send a message for adjusted pricing.

Enjoy Sunset Beach in this lovely renovated 3rd floor Condo overlooking the golf course and minutes away from the beach. The Activity Center across from the condo has a great pool with an attached restaurant. Guest have access to two neighborhood pools and a gym. We are 10 minutes from Calabash which has some great restaurants and 20 Minutes form North Myrtle Beach for additional shopping and entertainment opportunities. .
