Pack and play provided. Free parking spot in rear. Outside shower available. You must provide your own linens, full size bed in bedroom, queen size pull out sofa. We do provide pillows. Originally the 2nd floor of our family's house, you'll feel at home. Best for mellow groups who turn in early. "Charlie's Room" has sitting area, dining area, & kitchenette (microwave, mini-fridge, electric skillet, steamer, coffeepot, electric kettle, toaster, NO oven/stove). "Bubba's Room" has small balcony, dresser & chairs. "Jake's Room" has a desk, chair, bunk bed (full bottom twin top) & a twin loft bed. Access to shared grill & outdoor shower. Not a party pad. Quiet hours 10pm.
