Charming new construction in desirable north end of town. Quiet neighborhood. The listing is the 1st floor of a 2 family home. The owner (me) lives above. The large front porch greets you on arrival. Inviting, airy and bright open floor plan. One queen size bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and a futon in the living room. Pack and play in the closet. Air mattress on request.
