Welcome to our newly renovated, 2-story condo, blocks from the Ocean City beach and boardwalk! Everything inside is brand new, including furniture and appliances. This 3-bedroom unit features a front porch and a parking space for one car. It comfortably sleeps 6, with sleeper sofas in the living room allowing up to 8 guests. Conveniently located on West Ave, so there can be some traffic and noise, but it's close to local restaurants, boutique shops, and Starbucks. Enjoy the best of Ocean City!

Beach Block Newly Renovated Condo

Beautiful first floor, 1 bedroom/1.5 bath beach block OCNJ condo. There is a second story deck over looking the ocean. The condo was completely renovated and refreshed in 2026. Large master bedroom with full bathroom. There is an updated kitchen, large refrigerator, Wifi, two HDTVs , DVD player, Central AC and a washer/dryer. Sac O Subs, Mallon's Bakery and A la Mode ice cream within walking minutes from the condo. One mile from Corson's inlet for boating and kayaking. We rent all year.

Welcome to the Beach Bungalow! I am so happy to share my hometown with all of you. Ocean City is filled with quaint coffee shops, boutiques, & beautiful beaches. The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.

No neighbors above or below you, so if you want to sleep in or do jumping jacks, you're free to do so comfortably :). Park in the garage as you walk or bike anywhere and everywhere OCNJ has to offer most. Most importantly you are around 20 steps to the beach!!
