Holiday rentals with a sauna in Oberzent

We felt really comfortable and welcome.

An absolute highlight among the AirBnB apartments. We fell in love with the pictures immediately and Timo's apartment exceeded our expectations in all respects. Rarely have we had such a modern, high-quality, cozy and top-equipped accommodation all around. The living room with kitchen is an absolute feel-good place. Modern kitchen with everything you need, huge fridge with freezer. A mega comfortable sofa to cuddle with a huge flat screen TV with Netflix, an absolute luxury. A mega cozy fireplace with viewing windows and lots of dry wood directly on the balcony, which has sun all day long and sun loungers to enjoy them. The bedroom in the attic with huge high ceiling, a dream. In addition, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, loudly such luxury elements that we love. To top it all, then a sauna oasis with wood-fired oven, such as we have never experienced before, plus a swimming pond and gym. That's it! THANK YOU!!!

I stayed here comfortably as if it were my home. And the host responded to my requests quickly and kindly. Everything was convenient, including heating, transportation to the airport, parking, internet, and transportation to nearby cities. I can't forget the warm smiles and greetings of neighbors. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

Katja responded quickly to inquiries both prior to arrival and during our stay. Helpful tips for things to do and places to eat in the area were shared in advance. The apartment is very clean and in optimal condition. The spa area is even more inviting and larger than shown in the pictures. We will be happy to come back!

My parents stayed with Nicole and were able to enjoy their break to the fullest. They had everything you need for a perfect holiday for two: beautiful terrace with a view, barbecue, sauna, super comfortable bed. Nicole was extremely helpful and friendly. Communication was always smooth and my parents felt very welcome throughout the stay. I highly recommend Nicole and her great place.

Our stay at Caro's was very nice. We especially liked the quiet location and the beautifully designed apartment!

I was booking for my work colleagues for long periods and they all were very happy for the stay. The cooperation with Irmgard was perfect.

Good welcome Markus was very attentive. Always present and available anytime. Nice place with the sauna it's a plus.

The start was a bit tedious, with Melanie we had agreed an arrival time 3-4pm, as she was on vacation, a deputy was organized. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding there, the key was deposited in the key safe, but we had not received a code. On site, we waited for 2 hours without a response from the deputy / as well as Melanie . In the meantime, Airbnb support was contacted and a replacement hotel booked. Shortly before the waiting time set by the support service expired, the deputy came back and we were able to enter the apartment... PHUU... so support contacted and replacement hotel canceled. NEVERTHELESS: We now also want to write about our positives, because in addition to our miserable check IN, the apartment was in PERFECT condition. A FEEL-GOOD OASIS when entering the garden and the possibilities that can be used on the terrain are simply great! We would love to come back

A wonderful place to relax! Melanie is a super hostess. The place is a special experience for people and even a dog. Fenced large garden. Close to the forest. Everything really super organized, clean and lovingly maintained. I'd love to come back! :)

We spent three wonderful days in the apartment with our two small children and our dog. Everything we needed was there and within walking distance there were various playgrounds, a pizzeria, a grocery store and a small fountain - ideal for playing in hot weather. Our son was allowed to ride the horse and the carriage and I was able to buy a beautiful pottered bowl😍. The apartment was sparkling clean and large, the balcony was a dream, and overall you discovered something new creative around every corner on the farm - very imaginative and special! We'll be back 😌

Super nice apartment that makes you feel right at home. The location is top: quiet, family friendly and with a nice park nearby, ideal for walks or a little getaway. Shopping facilities are also within easy reach. Especially convenient: there is a private parking space, which makes getting there and everyday life very relaxed. Our personal highlight was the terrace – perfect to end the day in peace. We had a great time and would come back anytime

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway and this was perfect. Marion was an amazing and attentive host. The apartment was huge Although when we’re weren’t exploring the mountains and castles near by we spent most of our time enjoying the upstairs fireplace. We brought our dog with us and Marion’s two got along great

We enjoyed staying at Birgit's place very much and if we travel to the area again, we would book with Birgit again. In the beginning, there was a small difficulty with the bedding, but it did not fall back on Birgit, as she was unable to do the cleaning in the house and make it ready for occupancy. However, she resolved the problem very quickly with the holiday village administration after contacting us, so that the right sheet could be picked up there in 2 minutes walking distance the following day. We felt very comfortable in the house very quickly, including because the wall decoration is very nice and there is no unnecessary decoration on the table or chests of drawers, which you have to put aside. She gave us great tips about shopping in the area in advance. By the way, the sauna can accommodate a maximum of 3 seated people.

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

We were very satisfied with the cottage. It is located in a quiet area. Julia and Heiko were very caring and promptly took care of our questions/concerns. Highly recommended.

The stay was completely uncomplicated, and we felt very comfortable in the house. The amenities are functional and complete, we didn't miss anything.
