It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.
