Fantastic south-facing slope in the coveted district of Jauchen. From the large south-facing balcony as well as from the apartment itself a beautiful view of Oberstdorf and the Alps. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a combined living/sleeping room, bathroom and kitchen. It is rustic and modern and has a brand new box spring bed (H4/H4) and two large relaxing armchairs. The rental prices are valid for occupancy of 2 people. Rent includes: tourist tax, utilities, Internet/phone checking fees and linen.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!

Country house: central + underground parking

Our traditional country house has been welcoming guests for over 20 years. Unlimited cable car rides: In summer (05/01-11/09) all our guests can ride the mountain railway free of charge during their stay. Linens and towels are included.
