We rent a cozy house with a large terrace in the rustic Muotathal. All infrastructure is available. Very family-friendly (no traffic) located in the agricultural zone, yet within five minutes of the village center with shopping and public transport. Ideal for families and sports enthusiasts, in winter ski tours, sledding with huskies and skiing in the nearby ski resort of Stoos. Cross-country and snowshoe trails right by the house. The House in the Forest of Valchiavenna

Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in spring 2019. An oasis of peace and quiet surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. There is a cycle path a few metres away, and there are numerous excursion options. It is 10 minutes from Chiavenna and 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Relax with the whole family and four-legged friends in this quiet accommodation. Casa Angelica is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and a private fenced garden.
