The open living-dining area with sofa bed and well-equipped kitchenette invites you to linger.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You are in the "Swabian Tuscany," between vineyards, forests, fruit tree meadows, hills and valleys on the edge of a small village. In 3 minutes you can walk to the bakery and discount store. The apartment is spacious, has a spacious living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom with a 1.60 double bed and a private bathroom. The small half-timbered town of Vaihingen/Enz is only 5 km away and has plenty to offer.

Between the big city and nature (Hochdorf/Enz)

It is a two-room apartment on the 2nd floor, which is accessible via an open steep external staircase. The small kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher and contains all the necessary dishes. In the living room, there is also a large dining table and a large TV. By car, you can reach Stuttgart or Ludwigsburg in about 1/2 hour. The connection to the public transport network is available but unfortunately the buses run very rarely.

We are in an idyllic location near Bietigheim-Bissingen. Right between the Untermberg ruins and the Enz-Aue near the recreational center Nature Park: Stromberg-Heuchelberg. From strolling in the historic old town to enjoying nature... With a home office area with a 100 Mbit line, remote office should not be a problem. For physical fitness, we have a training tower from Kettler. And a well-shaped bathtub that invites you to relax after work ;)

The apartment is newly renovated, in a quiet location on a farm and yet only about 25 minutes by car from Stuttgart-Mitte. The adjacent Milchhäusle dairy shop offers shopping. The village of Markgröningen with shopping is a 5-minute drive. The nearest train station is a 10-minute drive.
