The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour directly in front of the house to the centre. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

The small loft is on the ground floor of a stately house. It is modern and comfortably furnished: elegant bathroom in black and brass, white lime plaster walls, heated design concrete floor, many windows, direct access to the garden. Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Bungalow with a stunning view LOMA BUENA VISTA

Holiday cottage located on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you can walk relatively steeply up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest for about 100 m.

Vacation home small but nice

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
