Das 200 Jahre alte Bauernhaus liegt neben Wasserfall, Wald und See in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Haus wurde nur sanft renoviert. Vieles ist noch im Originalzustand wie die historische Stube mit Nussbaumbüffet, altem Parkett und Kachelofen. Geheizt wird mit Zentralheizung. Alle Zimmer sind holzgetäfert. Die Böden können bei Betreten knarren - gehört halt zum alten Holzhaus. Hier findet man Ruhe und ist trotzdem nahe von tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Familien und Gruppen fühlen sich hier wohl.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Herzliche willkommen in der Ruhe-Oase am Vierwaldstättersee! Wir freuen uns sehr, unser zweites Zuhause für Gäste zu öffnen, wenn wir es selbst nicht nutzen. Es ist ein kleineres Reihenhaus (77m2), oberhalb von Weggis und lädt ein zum Abschalten und Geniessen. Für uns ist es eine Ruhe-Oase mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee und das Bergpanorama. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was du für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub brauchst:

Luxeriöses Chalet mit Pool

Es erwartet dich ein frisch renoviertes Chalet mit direktem Blick auf den Sarnersee und die Schweizer Alpen. Hier kannst du dem Alltag perfekt entfliehen und im geheizten Pool die Ruhe geniessen. Dank der zentralen Lage stehen zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zur Auswahl: Luzern, Engelberg, Lungern, Interlaken, Pilatus, Melchsee Frutt sind gleich um die Ecke und der See ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Und im Winter hat es viele Skigebiete.

Das Chalet Soldanella wurde im Jahr 2023 vollständig renoviert und vereint nun ein typisches Schweizer Chalet und moderne Architektur. Unser Ferienhaus hält alle Annehmlichkeiten, wie voll ausgestattete Küche, WLAN, und kostenfreie Parkplätze für euch bereit und befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Langlaufloipe sowie der Schilthornbahn entfernt.
