The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely loved this place! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was beautiful and quiet, just a few minutes walk to the lake. It was easy to drive to interlaken and surrounding areas with lots to do. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very traditional in an old stone house, located in the beautiful Verzasca Valley. The location is the ideal vantage point to explore the valley with its beautiful nature, but also Locarno and Ascona. Please note: the place is on a reservoir, you can't swim there! There are also no supermarkets, bakeries, etc. in the valley, so it is best to do your shopping in advance. The apartment itself is very clean, the kitchen fully equipped, the location very quiet. We were there as a family with 2 children and felt very comfortable. (There are steep stairs in the house, not suitable for very small children). Overall highly recommended!

Really loved this beautiful place. It was quite possibly my favourite Airbnb ever! Clean, cozy, safe, great communication and welcome, being left alone, the epitome of a Swiss chalet and with the most incredible views of the Swiss alps. Loved it all, thanks Roland - what a lovely place you have :)

Emanuele is a great host that communicates promptly and clearly. the penthouse has, as advertised, the greatest views of lake Como. We spent 3 out of the 4 evenings of our stay, at the veranda, with food and a bottle of wine, completely absorbed by the views. the drive from Como to Brunate and back is through (at times) a narrow road but even SUVs and the public bus service manage to go up and down. parking is easy as the house lies at a secluded cul de sac with amazing views over the lake. all in all we had a great stay and we lived the place. I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

The view is spectacular. Even better in person. Worth the drive up the mountains. By the third day I was driving like a local. Spent 5 peaceful relaxing days. The huge balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying cocktails. Short drive to the local grocery store and Varenna was just a 20 min drive.

Claudia was available and easy to contact. She allowed us to drop off luggage early and even check in about 3 hours earlier than scheduled. The apartment was easy to find and well-equipped. The views are incomparable! Highly recommend.

Antonietta's home was morevthan beautiful. She is a kind host and you can tell that she takes pride in it, from the inside out. She has a beautiful yard and garden, where she can be seen regularly tending to it. This place felt very comfortable. It is a climb up the mountain to get there for those who are fit. Otherwise you will have to takevthe bus most of the way up. Antonietta personally walks it every day.

We felt comfortable in the accommodation from the beginning. The welcome wine was great and there was even a bone for our four-legged friend (due to intolerance he could not eat it (-:). Exploring the area with the kids was great. Glad to come back.
