Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Oak Hill

it was a pleasure staying at Kelly's listing. she's wonderful to work with and her rental is beautiful. we had a very much needed weekend get-away among friends. lots of hiking, relaxation, and lots of laughs thanks to having such a great place to call home for our weekend adventure. thank you Kelly!

I would highly recommend a stay at this home! It was incredibly clean and the decor was so well done. The location is perfect if you’re visiting the New Rover Gorge or rafting. We especially loved the large plot of land and enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit! We want to come back with our kids next time and think they would love the property!

perfect location for National Park exploration. Within walking distance of two excellent trails, and a short drive to the park. host thought of almost everything to inlcude in the space. fun two days in WV!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and cozy. We appreciated the extra cozy blankets provided and extra towels. The location was perfect and we were close to everything that we came up to do! Thank you also for the warm welcome & water & snacks. They really came in handy. The house in Oak Hill was in a great location for our visit to New River Gorge National Park. We were only minutes from all kinds of activities in the area. We really enjoyed white-water rafting & hiking. It was always nice to come back to the house and enjoy some family time in the evenings. It has a very nice open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out. It was a plus that our two small dogs were able to join us as well. Thank you for the accommodations.

Safe, quiet neighborhood with thoughtful accommodations inside. Back deck was great for morning or evening coffee. Kitchen and bathroom were clean with hot water readily available for after-hike showers.

We loved the location and the amenities of this house. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and met all of our needs. Beds were comfortable. When it rained outside, we couldn't hear it inside. I would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay with our 2 dogs, quiet and peaceful surroundings with easy access to New River Gorge hiking trails and local restaurants. Extremely clean and felt right at home after a long day on the trails. Kenny was friendly and gave a ton of great local recommendations, we absolutely loved our time here!

We stayed overnight while visiting New River Gorge. Our family enjoyed relaxing in this apartment. It was just as described. As others have pointed out, there are quite a few stairs. This worked out just fine for us, but could be an issue for others.

I loved staying here! It is in a quiet location (just the occasional train passing by!) and right on the river. Amy has everything you need to be comfortable in the space. I loved every minute of my stay!

This was a great stay for us! Enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably, especially with access to the porch. We had a great time; Hinton is am underrated town, and the area is gorgeous.

Great space with great views! Lots of trails at the state park nearby. Hope to return again to check out even more

Wow! Diana's loft is THE perfect base to spend a week exploring the New River Gorge National Park. Diana and her brother Jimmy went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and welcoming. The decor was lovely. All the amenities were fantastic. And we were extremely grateful for the basket of goodies (and drinks in the fridge). We loved it all! ❤️

The place was spotless. The location was close to whitewater rafting, trails, restaurants, and stores. It was private and quiet. We did get to see deer and hummingbirds right outside the window. It was very well equipped with washer and dryer. The king bed was very comfortable along with the pull out couch. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful, clean, and roomy. The local art and photography the place was decorated with was a nice touch and beautiful. Host responded very quickly and very helpful for any of our needs. This place exceeded our expectations, would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very well kept. We planned on eating out for most of our meals, but the kitchen was a little tight if there were multiple people in there at the same time. Not a bad thing, just something we noticed. We would definitely stay there again.

We were so happy with our stay here. The place is big and cozy, a very short drive to some beautiful spots to climb, and Lucas was an exceptional host. He's a really kind and friendly person, always responds to messages within minutes, and was eager to help in any way that he can. When we noticed the kitchen was missing a couple of items we needed for meal prep, he had them bought and dropped off that very same night. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you for everything!

We had a great time at Linda’s place! The cabin was so charming and very very clean! The coffee bar and collection of games/toys for kids were a great touch. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the cabin! It was just as described and perfect for a long weekend trip. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the fire pit out back the most. Although there are other houses around, it feels very secluded and private. We would definitely stay again!

This was a great stay that was right next to Hawks Nest State Park and within 10 minutes or so of the northern part of New River Gorge National Park. We prefer to cook our own food when we travel and this place had a nice little kitchen and charcoal grill. I would maybe suggest adding either an extra table inside or a picnic table outdoors just to have a bit more surface space for food prep but otherwise no complaints. The hot tub was very relaxing after lots of hiking. Hoping to return to the area and stay here again next year.

Had a great stay! Cabin was clean and the host was responsive, kind and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back.

The Bee Glade was an amazing stay and lots of fun with friends and family. The ping pong table was our favorite!

Such a cute little cabin!! It was a perfect stop while we were driving thru unplanned. Only item to note is the fishing tournament does go til 1a on Fridays!

Julie is a great host! She was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. All house instructions were clear and readily available in a host book. Also had a book that listed local restaurants along with their menus, extremely helpful. The house is very family friendly! The setting of the house is private but close to stores, restaurants and activities surrounding the New River Gorge National Park. Laundry facilities were excellent, loved the two dryers! We felt right at home from the very beginning and have already recommended the house to friends and family.

This place was the perfect rest and recoup spot for some tired moms who had been camping and rafting all week with kids! So quiet and relaxing. The 4 of us found this a very cozy and welcoming space that was comfortable to hang out in the living room or porch. 3 separate bedrooms all very quiet and private. The shower!!! I used it first and yelled WHOO!!! It was so luxurious- a rain shower- that felt like heaven! The hot tub was a genuine treat- actually seated 4 people in the deep seats, each with a different jet target. The metal roof was amazing for hearing the rain! A doe came very close while we were in the hot tub. We didn’t cook but there was everything you need including like creamers for coffee. Miranda was wonderful and responsive. Definitely flagging this as a favorite place to stay!!!!
