The Seed is inspired by nature in design, its rooted in a calm residential area in downtown Oak Hill WV. Only 12 miles drive to New River Gorge National park. The space is simple and functional with its open layout. It's a charming, vibrant and inviting space. Play the guitar or learn...read some books, gander at the plants and art. The NRG Roundabout is 1 mile from downtown Fayetteville, WV. The gateway to the New River Gorge National Park. It is close to Rt.19 and 2 miles from the famous New River Gorge Bridge. You will enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, rafting, restaurants and more! Updates: Flooring in kitchen, living room and hallway. Additional bedroom, new carpet in all bedrooms, roof and storm door. Exterior painted. Tomodachi resides on the back half of the property.

Cute 1-BR stone cottage close to NRG

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun! Memaws house is located in a quiet residential area of Oak Hill near the New River Gorge recreation area. This small well kept house has all you need.
