The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for washing dishes and cooking. The balcony has a seating area and a lovely view over Tyinvannet. The house has its own garden with outdoor furniture. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure everything is clean. Bed linen comes from the laundry. The house is small and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet area where it is nice to go for walks on the road or along the river. Nice marked trails up the mountainsides are also nearby. Short distance to Flåm.

Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset in the east, and Hardanger in the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and tracks in the area

Unique and comfortable accommodation with a pleasant view

Our newly built "sleeping box" is designed and built by the award-winning architects in OPAFORM, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and is located on the 2nd floor in a timber grain barn from 1850 with an airy view of Strandavatnet. The box has a 1.80 double bed, but an extra mattress or crib can be added if needed. In the barn located in the building next door there is a built-in kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We offer a large double bed (king size). In addition, we can add an extra bed and/or crib if needed.

The apartment is located on Nystuen on Filefjell, about 970 meters above sea level. Here you have a lit of activities with access to the entire Jotunheimen, summer and winter. great and easy terrain to hike in. The apartment is located just off the Otrøvannet where it is popular to fish in the summer and kite in the winter. The ski tracks run right outside the building and you have access on miles of trails. It is also nice to go mountain skiing in the area and a short way to the ski resort.
