Charlottastugan is secluded and offers peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in Lake Yngaren. Here you live spaciously on two floors with a separate guest house with room for two people. Ground floor with newly-renovated kitchen and several amenities such as a dishwasher. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
