We had a very nice stay. The house was comfortable and all the expected facilities. Recommended !

We stayed at Tom’s house for 3 nights and had a great stay! We were three adults and four kids between ages 2-12. The houses were spacious, modern, comfortable with great amenities! Everything from the toys in the garden, to the super warm pool, to the espresso maker made our stay extra comfortable. The house has everything you need and is located a short walk from playgrounds and the town. You really can’t beat the location. There’s plenty to do in town or nearby towns, but you can also spend a full day just enjoying the house. Everything was super smooth and communication was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying and would love to return!

Super nice house in a quiet area with proximity to everything you can wish for on a holiday. Martina and Nils were very easy to communicate with and they felt uncomplicated and natural to spend a week there.

Our stay in Trosa was amazing! The house was brilliant with comfortable beds and a well aquipt kitchen. A patio with a view over the harbor and a big terrass with a beautiful pool to enjoy. A 5 minut walk to the Harbor and the Trosa Center was a big plus. Our host Fredrik was always reachable when we had any questions. Will definitely return to enjoy Trosa and this fabulous house. Thank you Fredrik for letting us enjoy your house.

The house has an amazing view over the water and a very large deck with 4 distinct different spaces. Outside kitchen/ seating area/ jacuzzi/pool. Photo’s do not do it justice. The house was clean and very nicely designed. A perfect location to wind down and relax. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was great! Julia was a great host who quickly responded and helped with in case we needed it. The house we stayed in was very nicely decorated and it felt homey. Everything you need was there! The area was very well kept and there were eggs and honey on site.

Niklas was a wonderful and very helpful host, especially the communication was excellent. The house is spacy and convenient for 6-7 people, cozy and with a great view on the water. Whatever the weather it offers lots of activities (from sauna to watersports and walks) as well as silence and comtemplation. Commerces and restaurants in Nynäshamn, about a 15 min drive away from where you park your car. This house has a soul, it particularly welcomes guests who respect and cherish the place, nature and animals. In return it offers an unforgettable time and peace of mind. We will be back.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by nature with stunning views. We loved the private dock, the BBQ setup, and the cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended if you’re looking to relax and unwind!

We really liked the house in the middle of the forest. It was very quiet and relaxing. The house is in mint condition but furnished in an old style. A charming house. The amenities are great. The bed is very pleasant. We slept very well. We can highly recommend Maria's house. It also has many wild animals, such as deer running past the house.

We had a great time at this enchanting holiday paradise. The main cottage has a lot of history and is cozy and small, due to the spacious conservatory, it offers a cozy retreat in any weather. Also the small second cottage with extra sleeping option. The property offers many seating and resting places due to its extensive terraces. We particularly enjoyed the direct location by the sea, the opportunity to warm up again in the hot tub after a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea and explore the islands by boat. The property is very quiet and is ideal for relaxing, at the same time you are in beautiful Stockholm within an hour. Dick is a perfect host and has made the stay the perfect vacation with his many tips!

Lovely and very tastefully decorated house near Nyköping with large garden, conservatory and Sauna. You can really feel comfortable here! Charlotte was a friendly and uncomplicated host who really has a knack for good interiors. We would have loved to stay longer than a week...

Everything was just like in the photos. The place was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Communication with the host was exceptionally friendly and easy-going. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Incredibly beautiful views over the sea. More busy than we had anticipated, but it didn't bother us much. We had plans to fish outside the house but the dock we were allowed to use was not directly usable, as most of the dock was missing. Bring your own knives if you want something else to cut with than a bread knife. A big plus was that sheets were included and it was made when we arrived. Very nicely cleaned. Cozy house with magical view. Would have liked a small café set on the terrace so you can sit there and eat breakfast in the morning sun.

The room was very spacious and had all necessary equipment! The surrounding area is also beautiful and there is lots of great walking trails in the area.

A very good place to stay when you are planning to visit Kolmarden Zoo. Silence and peace are guaranteed. You will feel like staying in the countryside at your dear grandmother's place.

This was my second stay at Fredriks place. It was just as good as last time and my friends were also super impressed. Fredrik is very helpful and quick to respond. We had a lovely relaxing weekend. I definitely recommend this place!

Nice and tidy cabin that suited us very well. Appreciated the patio in particular and the Stendörren nature reserve is well worth a visit.
