Welcome to the cottage, which is located 200 metres from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. A cosy terrace with a large lawn in front. The lovely house is within walking distance (15 minutes) of picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad are within walking or cycling distance. Duvet covers and towels are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. A couple of bicycles are available in summer if you want to explore the surroundings. Suitable for 1-4 people, best for 2.

Havstomt Trosa

Welcome to our house with its own waterfront plot in the Trosa archipelago. You have your own jetty and beach and you can walk the Sörmlandsleden trail that starts about 200 meters from the house. The house has a lovely outdoor shower and is only 20 meters to the jetty and sea swimming. There is also access to fishing and boating. There is the possibility to use the following attractions: Access to a berth is available. Access to sauna raft for a fee. Tour by boat and driver for a fee. Water skiing, wakeboarding and water ring for a fee.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
