Welcome to stay in our gem, the Skärgårdsvillan in Bröllopsviken, which is a modern house (built in 2021) on two floors by the shore of the Baltic Sea. Large terrace down to the water, 3 large French doors that blur the lines between inside and outside. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen to ensure that there is a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places. Small cozy house (30 square meters+sleeping loft 10 square meters), private entrance, free parking, large patio with barbecue for nice days and evenings. Walking distance to several sandy beaches. Quiet and nice area with lake view from the sleeping loft and wonderful nature around the corner. A few hundred meters to Sörmlandsleden (popular hiking trail). One hour to Stockholm, half an hour to Kolmården Zoo. Boat trip in the Baltic Sea's beautiful archipelago with our nice boat can be arranged during the summer months if booked in advance.

Modern house on a sea plot with private jetty, secluded location

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Welcome to our cozy cottage located right by one of Kolmården's nice lakes. Here you can enjoy walks in the forest or take a swim in the lake, and then end the evening in our wood-fired sauna. Right next to the cottage, there is a child-friendly swimming area. The cottage is close to nice bike and hiking trails. Within walking distance is Oskarshälls cafe where you can enjoy a good coffee or a bite to eat. If you are looking forward to a day at Kolmården's zoo, you can get there by car in about 10 minutes.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. List of the equipment on our web site savogard. You clean the cottage yourself before departure.
