The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Kjelds house is a small recently renovated resort with dining kitchen, wood stove, living room and niche with a double bed. A modern flush toilet, outdoor bath house, bunk room with 2 beds have separate entrances. There are free bikes available and a large terrace with nice shelter connects all buildings. At the edge of a clearing on the large forest and wilderness plot is a small campfire site. Here you can enjoy the sunset and with a little luck see deer and birds of prey.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

It is only 2 km to Nykøbing Sjælland pedestrian street, 5 km to Rørvig harbor and 800m to one of Denmark's best beaches. The house has 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160 cm and 1 bed 140 cm. In addition, there is an alcove/bed of 140 cm in the living room. The house has a heat pump and a wood-burning stove.
