The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. The house is detached but is close to a larger residential house (Ravlunda Prästgård),

The house is uniquely located at the mouth of Helge river with 200 meters to the sandy beach. 500 meters from the house you will find a café, bakery, camping and country store. Åhus is 10 km away with a nice selection of restaurants and amusements.

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Summer cottage by the sea in Yngsjö, Nyehusen. Located just north of Österlen. About 2 km from Åhus, where Willys, Ica and the system company are available. A large bedroom with a new double bed, In the living room there is a sofa and a floor mattress 90 cm, which is easily made into one more sleeping place. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Very large plot. Wifi, TV with Chromecast.

Small apartment in old half-timbered farm just outside the wall to medieval Åhus. The apartment forms your own part of the dwelling with your own entrance, two rooms and your own shower room. In one room there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, egg boiler and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There are also garden furniture as well.
