At the back, the apartment offers a beautiful view over the meadows and forests, and at the front is the terrace of our Burgundian brasserie. This stylish 2-person apartment in our characteristic old school has been modernly renovated in 2025. The brand new kitchen has an induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom has a lovely king-size bed (180-200) and a great rain shower. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with all the luxuries such as; air conditioning, a smart TV and good WiFi. This loft has all the comforts. Beautiful view of the well-maintained garden with a view overlook over the meadows in the area. There is also a lovely roof terrace of 4x2.5 m. Wonderfully sheltered from the wind and with the evening sun, it is also good to stay until late in the autumn! The bathroom is located on the ground floor, leaving plenty of space in the loft for a cozy sleeping/sitting area and a kitchen block with dining area. (Stairs are unavoidable!)

Studio with an interior that has its own touch, because my heart lies with decorating and styling homes. The studio is part of a formerly farmhouse and has been recently renovated. Authentic details have been preserved. The forest adjoins the house for a nice refreshing walk. Large cities are easily accessible and the beautiful hilly country is in the vicinity. The studio is located on a main road.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment lies in a beautiful rural setting. With us, they can relax. Or they can spend their time with cyclists, hiking, or spades. The cycling and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and shopping center Maastricht, Roermond are all very close.( approx. 20 min.)
