Wir selbst haben in der ehemaligen Schreinerei unser Architekturbüro und wollten mit der Airbnb-Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss einen schönen Rückzugsort für Nürnberg-Besucher schaffen. Neben der Airbnb-Wohnung gibt es in der FICHTE45 Büros, Seminarräume und Coworking Spaces für lokale Firmen. Du wohnst also in ganz besonderer Atmosphäre!

Es handelt sich um ein Privatzimmer in einem sehr zentralgelegenen Appartement mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vielen Restaurants und Kneipen in der Umgebung. Der Christkindlesmarkt sowie viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten, sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Das Parkhaus Sebalder Höfe befindet sich in 300 m Entfernung. Gute Anbindung an die drei U-Bahnlinien. Das Appartement steht dir alleine zur Verfügung, da ich mich gerade im Ausland befinde.
