With 198 m² of living space, you enjoy an exclusively furnished living area in 70s style, Wi-Fi, TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. Books and board games for all ages provide entertainment on rainy days. Up to seven guests can rest comfortably in two bedrooms and a mezzanine adjoining the living area. In addition to the main bathroom, there is a separate toilet. A special highlight is the pool hall.

A few minutes from the apartment, there is the Muggenhof stop of the U1 line and a bus stop that quickly reaches Nuremberg city center, the main train station and the neighboring town of Fürth.

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees).
