Our apartment is in a renovated Art Nouveau building with its own, ground-level entrance. An open and inspiring living concept awaits you on 85 square meters, which invites you to relax and pamper yourself. The residential area is quiet yet central: 5 minutes' walk to the main train station and airport or fairground subway station directly, 15 minutes' walk to downtown, Handwerkerhof, Neues Museum and many localities. Whether traveling for business or as a world traveler, we are sure you will feel comfortable in our home.

The approximately 120-square-metre loft (i.e., with doors only for the toilet/bathroom) is located on the 2nd floor of a three-family building and spans 2 levels. This newly renovated apartment, bathed in natural light, offers plenty of space for couples, groups or families. The windows can be completely darkened using the external roller blinds. Access is via the shared stairwell. A TV, audio system, Wi-Fi and Ethernet are available. There is also a selection of board games for all ages, as well as books and DVDs.

Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.
