The residential area is quiet yet central: 5 minutes' walk to the main train station and airport or fairground subway station directly, 15 minutes' walk to downtown, Handwerkerhof, Neues Museum and many localities. Whether traveling for business or as a world traveler, we are sure you will feel comfortable in our home.

There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.
