Our two-room apartment is in a very quiet location, in a detached house with separate access. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether it's the trade fair, city center, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you will reach your destination by bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, want to go for a walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

This is a newly renovated 35 m² studio with floor heating, lovely garden corner and work desk located in the city center in a very quiet residential area, 150m away from the metro and bus station and 750m away from the old town wall. You’ll find here a double bed (140x200 (cm)), WiFi, smartTV, a small fridge, stove and oven, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, a bathroom with shower cubicle and all odds and ends you need. Parking on the street on non residential spaces possible.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.
