This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun by the lake. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large outdoor area invites you and your family to play and have fun. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing gear and water skis). The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
