The cottage has views to the sea and the Tønsbergfjord with Skjellvika, Stauper and Tjømelandet. The cabin also has an outdoor shower (also by the jetty) and outdoor kitchen. One terrace faces south with a barbecue area and sea views, the other faces west with a sunset and sea view as well. The cabin is located at the top of Stigeråsen, but still in a sheltered location. 3 parking spaces. Stairs must be tolerated.

This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

The cabin is located 80 meters from the sea, and has a large sunny terrace with a gas grill. An annex has a modern bathroom with hot water and WC. The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.
