Short trip to the coast where there are plenty of wonderful swimming areas. Bus stop 100 m away where the bus goes to/from Oslo/Skjærhalden. Great nature nearby with many lovely trips. Bring your family or friends to this spacious apartment with a great location in the basement of our house. Here there is a swimming area right on the downside and walking distance to both Nøtterøy Golf Course and hiking terrain as well as the coastal trail. Kiwi, gas station and good bus connections to Tønsberg and Tjøme are right by. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a chaise longue (suitable for a child to sleep on) and one with 2 single beds that can be put together. The living room and patio are west facing with sea views and are sunny.

Annex - Skipperstua

We rent out an annex/skipper's room that is located as a side building to the main house. Separate with private entrance and patio. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sunbeds and gas grill. Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.

You live in a house from 1900. It has been an old school that has been converted into a detached house. The apartment is located on the 2. floor ( one stairs up from ground) and has its own entrance. We live on the ground floor. The view from the veranda is peaceful and makes you relax. We have good parkingspace for cars and charger for electric cars There are dogs living on the propety, but you will not come in contact with them if you don`t want to. This is an apparment where we welcome dogs
