With a lot of love for detail, this apartment was built in an old, listed Gulfhof. Here you will stay in the middle of nature very close to the East Frisian hiking trail. The old town to Leer is only 6 km away. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the Graft and natural pastures, you can forget everyday life and unwind. The apartment has a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). In the living room with open kitchen there is a sofa bed with a width of 1.40 m. A TV with DVD player is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. If needed, two bicycles (28-inch men's and women's bicycle) are available free of charge for the duration of the stay by arrangement. For your own e-bikes, there is a storage/charging facility in a lockable barn.

Und das alles, idyllisch, mitten in der ältesten Fußgängerzone Deutschlands. 82 qm zum wohlfühlen.

There is a pedestrian zone, a harbor and a beautiful old town. It is only 50 meters to the East Frisian hiking trail. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. We shall supply a travel cot on request. Included in the price are bed linens, towels and cleaning supplies. Amenities: hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

The apartment "Altstadt Leer" is located in the middle of the historic city center. A maritime apartment for two people awaits you, in front of the house there are private parking spaces. The stylish old building with a 3.30 meter ceiling height offers a pleasant living environment. The ground floor apartment has a separate entrance. The bedroom has a new parquet floor. The shower and toilet are new, the floor tiles are still original. Sun terrace (south-west location)

Enjoy the peace and quiet in this spacious, clay-plastered accommodation. This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. A pellet stove supplies the wall and underfloor heating and at the same time gives even more coziness through its warming flame.

Located directly by the forest, our vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the heart of East Frisia. In 15 minutes you can reach the Aurich city center, the Tannenhausen bathing lake or the climbing forest by car, and in 45 minutes the North Sea. The large garden and the private forest directly at the vacation home offer not only peace and quiet for relaxation, but also plenty of space for children and dogs (no fence) - who are welcome here!

A parking space and a small breakfast terrace are right by the house. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Attractions such as our brewery and our castle, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km. The location is perfect to explore Friesland /East Frisia/islands.
