Villa holiday rentals in Northland Region

We stayed overnight on a golf trip and had plenty of room and bedding, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for the preparation of our cooked breakfast. The house is situated in a good location within easy reach of 2 supermarkets and a number of restaurants. William the host communicated well and we had clear instructions. If looking so stay in Whangārei again in the future we would definitely stay here again.

Katrina’s place was situated in a very private setting. Beautifully landscaped. Check in was a breeze. Perfect set up for a family of four (or 5) given the bedrooms were on two different levels and each bedroom was equipped with a full bathroom. The place has a stunning view of the water from the living room, patio, and both bedrooms. The car ferry to Russell is only a 5 minute drive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Wow. The Retreat certainly ticks all the boxes. Wonderful views over 2 stunning beaches. Amazing separate viewing deck with sun loungers to soak up the sun whist looking at that view. Luxury fixtures and fitting including thick fluffy towels and crisp white bed linen. Comfy beds and pillows Kitchen with all the kit to self cater including proper coffee machine. Quality outside sofas with thick cushions. 2 identical very private bedrooms with fly screens so the air flows at night, keeping the rooms cool and own large en suite bathrooms. Responsive friendly host. Best Airbnb we have stayed in for attention to detail. Thank you Angela

Shivani’s place was a wonderful space, well appointed with all amenities. The outlook is incredible. Shivani extended the ability to use the main kitchen ovrn as downstairs has a kitchenette. Shivani was also very transparent in the use of Ring cameras for the properties safety, and happy to disable during the stay.

A beautiful architecturally designed house with generous and well thought out living spaces, in a very private and quiet setting. The view is outstanding and would be hard to beat. The natural surroundings are a credit to the owners and are home to a variety of bird life including kiwi. Bedding and linen are very high quality. We loved it so much we are considering returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Mel's place. The house is really lovely - big, clean, and filled with everything you need. Great house on an OUTSTANDING property. The views, the walks through native bush, the rock pools, it’s a magical place. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. We all slept beautifully. Our hosts were exceptional- a perfect balance between being available to assist you, and leaving you in peace.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. It was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa's. The living spaces for our group of 9 women was perfect. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

Really lovely hosts. The spacious open plan modern accomm is nestled in to beautiful private green surroundings. Fully equipt kitchen was great for when we felt like cooking. A perfect central base for exploring the far Nth.

The House has incredible views looking out over the bay. It has a great kitchen and living area. The hot tub and pool are large and clean. And the BBQ was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful Gill's home is. The surroundings are so beautiful, short drive into town where you can find everything your looking for. Gill is such a wonderful and kind host, if you have a chance to visit her home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making my son's wedding so special, so lucky to have met such a amazing woman.

We had a 6 day family Christmas Holiday here and it couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Angela met us when we arrived and explained the various systems such as pool, TV, internet, etc. They were available nearby in case we needed them (which turned out we did not), but did not intrude in our privacy. The actual facilities were even nicer than the photos and descriptions provided in the AirBnB listing. One of the special things about this home displayed was the care and art that the hosts have put into it. Everything is amazing. It is ultra-private and it seems as if you are alone in the forest overlooking a beautiful valley. The view from the upstairs master suite is awesome. Our two grandkids spent hours each day in this nice, clean, warm pool. The pool - patio area was well done and relaxing for lounging between swims. . I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts.

Beautiful accommodation and lovely hosts. The bedrooms were super comfortable with quality bed linen and stylish furnishings. Loved the view from the balcony and enjoyed a swim in the pool. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. Fantastic views from every room. The pool was great on the hot days. Read relax and take in that view. We really loved the tracks the locals have formed, prefect for a little adventure with the kids. We were picked up and dropped off at the wharf and transported to and from the house which is really close which was much appreciated with all our stuff. A great stay that feels a million miles from Auckland but yet so close.
