Tätä arvokasta rakennusta, entistä Pudasjärven kunnantaloa meillä on ilo ja kunnia remontoida ja asua. Haluamme tarjota vieraille mahdollisuuden yöpyä 1936 rakennetun hirsitalon huoneistossa Iijoen rannalla. Huoneistossa on käytössäsi oma keittiö ja wc-kylpyhuone. Iijoen suistoon saarineen voit tutustua vuokraamalla meiltä turvallisen, ilmatäytteisen kajakin varusteineen. Sähköpyöriä on myöskin mahdollista vuokrata. Persoonallinen pihasauna lämpiää toiveidenne mukaan. Lämpimästi tervetuloa!

Luonnonläheinen kohde Kiiminkijoki-varressa pihamme pienessä ja viihtyisässä vierasmajassa, 33 km Oulusta. Maaseutua, metsää ja vesistöjä. Ei katuvaloja. Joelle 200 m. Ylikiimingissä paljon retkeilyreittejä, hillasoita ja marja-apajia. Meiltä voit vuokrata kajakit, metsäsukset tai lumikengät. Edullisia eräopaspalveluita, esim. melontaretket mahdollisuuksien mukaan. Pihalla hyvin varusteltu nuotiopaikka. Tilava kylpyhuone ja puusauna. Pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet sisältyvät hintaan.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.
