The apartment has its own sauna, a large glazed balcony and a cooling air heat pump (installed 9.2025). There is a shelter for the car with a heat plug. (Electric cars may not be charged in the parking space). There's a good jogging terrain nearby. Bus stop near the house. The nearest shop and pizzeria is about 500m away. The city centre and OYS are less than 3 km away.

A new apartment building right next to the train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and downtown services are within walking distance. Flexible and easy check-in. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and has a north-facing French balcony. The apartment has a 160cm sofa bed and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction stove and capsule coffee machine. The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils. The bathroom has a washing machine.

The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
