For peaceful guests (max 6 people) we offer a newly renovated detached house in the center of Hailuoto. In the log house, located in the heart of the Hailuoto National Landscape, you can spend a comfortable holiday as well as telecommuting days. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. The yard has stunning views of the field.

Huoneistoon kuuluu tilava lasiterassi, josta pääsee suoraan merenrantaan. Terassilla on sähkögrilli. Keittiö on täydellisesti varusteltu. Ilmainen pysäköinti huoneiston edustalla. Moderni ja viihtyisä hirsihuvila Villa Joutsensalmi sijaitsee Salmilammella vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Rukan keskustan monipuolisista palveluista. Hyvin varusteltu Villa Joutsensalmi luo hienot puitteet aktiiviselle lomanvietolle kaikkina vuodenaikoina ainutlaatuisessa Kuusamon luonnossa. Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Cozy, tidy apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.

Rytiniemi beach cottage

A small lakeside cottage near the center of Ranua, on its own peninsula right on the lake. The cottage has a traditional Finnish wood sauna and a real shower in the dressing room connected to the sauna. The cottage is very traditional, slightly modernized. Great lake view from the terrace! There is no indoor toilet in the cottage. Instead, there is a traditional Finnish outdoor toilet, which is located in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cottage experience close to nature!

Talvella mahdollisuus mäkienlaskuun esim rattikelkalla tai pulkalla, lumikenkäilyyn, jopa revontulien ihasteluun ja hiihtoon - hiihtoreittejä löytyy jokaisen makuun.
