Relax with the family in peaceful, beautiful Båtskärsnäs, close to Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) with swimming and activities. Guest pets are welcome. At the accommodation there is a wood-fired hot tub outdoors that can be pre-booked for a fee of 500 SEK, it is usually possible to book it but please contact us in time to confirm this. Two kayaks are available to borrow. From Båtskärsnäs, boat trips also go out into the archipelago and in winter we have nice ice and ski trails. Kicks, sledges and snowshoes are available to borrow.

Historic Log House by the Sea

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Space for 4-5 people, beach sauna can be booked separately for 30€/h, (sauna is preheated and shifts are between 6pm-10pm)

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Villa Light

A holiday home located near the shore of Lake Kesäjärvi. The windows of the apartment offer a wide view of Lake Kesäjärvi. The kitchen window also offers a view of the open marsh. In winter, you can go skiing directly from the cottage yard. The groomed cross-country ski trail is about 200 m away. You can also set off on a snowmobile trail directly from the yard. In summer, you can start a hiking trail directly from the yard. There is a jetty and a rowboat on the shore.
