We welcome guests to experience our peaceful, wooded 30 acre property located in the foothills of Nevada County. Witness and listen to the sounds of running water as you recharge; lazing at our creek, hiking through the property, on the guest deck overlooking our natural setting or soaking in the hot tub as you enjoy the wonderful nightly sunsets and evening stars. Although you experience the sense of being completely isolated, you will be within 5 miles of 12 eateries and a grocery market.

Newly built guest suite located just north of Half Moon Bay in Moss Beach, known for its dramatic bluffs and natural beauty. Oriented toward the ocean, the suite offers up-close views of the Pacific, open horizon, and expansive coastal sky from the deck and living areas, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The suite is attached to our home and thoughtfully planned for privacy, with a separate entrance and no shared living spaces. Minutes from beaches, coastal trails, and dining.

Whispering Pines Apartment

It's hot out there! Come take refuge in a beautiful Sierra Lake... Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

Cottage by the Sea

Enjoy a cozy, warm inviting studio and be gently rocked to sleep by the sound of the ocean waves. A short walk to the beach and lagoon. The Cottage is located across the street from the ocean, and surrounded by the forest. Quiet and private space to relax and unwind. This luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. Soak and play in the two-person jetted tub, enjoy the gorgeous large bathroom. Easy street parking is always available, and garden lined exterior stairs take you to the private entry and patio. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

Majestic View Retreat, Nevada City

Enjoy the view of the snow capped Sierras while soaking in the hot tub, reading on the private porch, or sitting next to the cozy fireplace indoors. Private, secluded Guest Suite with private entrance. A new kitchenette has been added for convenient cooking. Play a game of shuffleboard or sip a glass of wine while sitting by the outdoor fire pit. Our home is nestled under a canopy of conifers next door to the Tahoe National Forest and only a 5 minutes drive to downtown Nevada City.

Redwood Cottage & Hot Tub

Enjoy this peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304

The Herons Nest is a serene private Cottage in a beautiful location in the Point Reyes National Seashore. It is set on 2 acres with sweeping views of Tomales Bay. The attached Cottage was renovated blending a modern design with the original Cedar Interior. You can view the Herons flying across the bay from the deck. The area is a prime location for outdoor enthusiasts with activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and sailing. The scenic town of Point Reyes is 10 minutes away.

Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
