The clay half-timbered house is located extraordinarily in the hilly landscape in the Vorharz between Osterode and Göttingen. Very quiet on a large property. Heating with wood (house & sauna). Floor-to-ceiling windows - living in nature. Working is also possible ;-) Otherwise, hiking, cycling, sauna, hanging out... Parking space for motorhomes (up to 8 meters) available. Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

Our newly designed apartment can be found located directly above the inn on the upper floor. With 120m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 5 people (more people are possible upon request). Directly from the apartment you have access to a covered loggia, where you can spend relaxing evenings, especially in summer. Please note that pets are only allowed on request. The Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house can be used free of charge.

Spacious and cozy accommodation in a particularly quiet location with a view of the Leine Valley. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a large living-dining area, a shower room and a bedroom for up to two people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m). A sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) makes it possible to accommodate up to four people. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. All rooms are equipped with insect screens in the windows!

Modern meets half-timbered architecture from 1850. The old barn area can sleep, relax and enjoy 4 people. In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction. The area between Solling and Harz is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and walking. Since 2026, the house has been completely supplied with renewable energy.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 90 m² space. The old refurbished wooden beams provide a cozy comfort and the spacious 20 square meter terrace invites you to linger in summer at the latest, Balcony furniture and a beach chair are available for this. The train station in Nörten is easily accessible on foot within 6 minutes. You don't need any longer to get to the bakery.

Sleeping possibilities: One box spring bed: 140 x 200 cm A sofa bed: approx. 140 × 200 cm (55 × 79 in) If required, a folding bed (80 x 193 cm) can be provided. Please keep in mind: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
