The Eh Frame is a 3-story, Scandinavian-inspired luxury cabin with two fully separate units: the Sunrise and Sunset Suites. Your group will have exclusive access to the Sunrise Suite (everything shown in the photos), including two bedrooms, a patio, a private spa, and a fire pit. The front unit, Sunset Suite, is a separate rental. A full firewall runs through the center of the home, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Located just minutes away from Whispering Springs and Ste. Annes Spa.

The Barnhouse Loft offers a very unique opportunity to enjoy Niagara Wine Country in full privacy and great comfort. You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

This spacious studio apartment is located in the former Swedish Congregational Church in historic Swedeville, a secluded hilly neighborhood built by Swedish immigrants in the 1800's. For years it housed Rick and Liza’s stained glass studio, which they have now lovingly and creatively transformed into a residence. The rental is minutes from the interstate and one mile from downtown Brattleboro, but the neighborhood has a rural and somewhat European flavor to it.

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
