Campsite holiday rentals in Northeastern United States

This 5th Wheel is like a water front Tiny Home. It is accurately described and pictured in the listing. It was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. It is in a working boat yard so it was cool seeing the owners working on and moving boats around. Also had some nice conversations with some of the people who dock their boats here. The marina itself seems very healthy. Clear water loaded with schools of bait fish so the blue heron, great egret and osprey were easy to spot. Unique and fun Airbnb. Highly recommend.

My husband and I just had our 25th Anniversary. We didn't get to celebrate it. So we went on a mini trip. We only live a half hour away. We wanted to do some things that were close and uniquely memorable. We decided to stay at your caboose and tour Pipers Museum. We ate at the Texas restaurant in downtown Lock Haven. It had a 50’s atmosphere. We also went to the Restless Oaks Restaurant, which also had a unique concept. They had chain saw sculptures of Big Foot, bears and much more. We really enjoyed our stay in the caboose and the area. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Such a quaint and fun Airbnb! It’s perfect for a short little stay in Newport and surprisingly close to town. If I’m ever back for a wedding or event I’d absolutely stay here again!!

We can’t recommend a stay at Laura’s property more highly! She has created a magical oasis at Gatherwild. The property and its surroundings are stunning, and offer plenty to do and see without ever leaving (beautiful walking trails, friendly farm animals, vegetable gardens, games and crafts)— our kids were in heaven. The location is also ideal, close to lots of great food, culture, and nature. Sleeping quarters were clean and comfy, and the communal kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. It made for a seamless glamping experience with our kids. Laura was a wonderful host and we hope to come back soon!

Had a cozy stay in this charming tipi. It was cold and very windy outside in late autumn, but the fire inside kept me warm as I caught up on some reading. The view at the site was spectacular and the surrounding trails are quite pretty as well.

Comfortable and cute lodging. Lynn has thought of so many touches to enhance the retreat experience. The surroundings are lush and there are several places to sit or walk and be immersed in nature. The hot tub and cold plunge are divine. Lynn is a responsive host. We hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather, we were unable to enjoy the creek, grill, fire pit, and other outdoor amenities. Joe and Darlene were very attentive and wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We’re looking forward to visiting again!

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences! The Schoolie was perfect for our overnight stay for a family event nearby, but we wished we could've stayed longer! The adorable goats and rooster alarm clocks were a welcome addition! The communication with Katelyn was perfect and it was just like the pictures, but really even better in person. I would recommend this to anyone traveling near the Delaware shores.

We had a wonderful stay at AirStream with our cat. It’s very cozy and cute, in a breathtaking, peaceful location. We enjoyed watching fauna, including rabbits, turtles, and woodpeckers. We hope to come back and stay longer.

Nichole was extremely responsive when I scheduled the RVBRB. She met us when we arrived to introduce herself and give us a tour of the RV and farm. She was so patient and answers all our questions. The rv had everything you could possible need to have a comfortable stay. There was complimentary coffee, tea, drinks, snacks and more. The bed was very comfortable and our pup loved the place. The horses are beautiful and we visited the rooster, chickens and bunnies 🐓 . Our grandkids visited the farm one morning and had a wonderful time. We will DEFINITELY be repeat customers. Our stay in Darby’s tranquil treehouse was just the intimate escape we needed to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Darby was in communication with us throughout the process, sent an extensive listing of restaurants, things to do & places to check out during our stay; she met us upon arrival & made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend! She messaged us during our stay to check in on us, but still gave us privacy to enjoy our time in this unique space. The treehouse itself is thoughtfully appointed with necessities and little luxuries, the deck area was spacious & lit with twinkling fairy lights - we LOVED the hot tub! The site was clean, well organized & laid out with guests in mind. I highly recommend Darby & her Treehouse to anyone looking for an experience in nature that’s definitely NOT roughing it!

Our stay at Errol's was great.. We were at the lake to visit our friends, and the location was very convenient. We could not have asked for a better host. Errol was very attentive and hospitable....we would love to return.

Our first family get away and first time “camping” like my kids call it. Was amazing, the place it’s beautiful, peaceful and private.

This was my second time visiting, and it was just as magical as the first! The setting is peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations are cozy and well-designed, blending comfort with nature. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Can’t wait to return again!!

Amy and Bill’s hospitality was exemplary! The yurt is a well-thought-out structure — a definite step up from camping in the woods, offering a perfect mix of comfort and nature. The animals on the farm are beautiful and adorable, and they really add to the experience of the entire stay. There are plenty of little towns within driving distance where you can pick up whatever you need to cozy up at the farm. We’d love to stay there again if we get the chance!
