This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). We are surrounded by wildlife, please look at other details for a list of birds an Ornithologist spotted

Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

This charming stone cottage forms part of a barn conversion, and less than 5 minutes walk from Fewston and Swinsty reservoirs in the Washburn valley. Stands besides our own property, so we are nearby to offer help and information. Ideal for walkers, Cyclists,couples and small families. Kitchen diner opening onto new private patio and garden with table and chairs. Lounge with sofa bed. Twin bedroom and large walk in shower with wc. Private parking 2 cars. Wifi,Pubs 1 mile away.
