Yurt holiday rentals in North Yorkshire

We loved our stay, the staff were really nice and welcoming. The yurt was a great way of glamping. The pub along the road the kings head did lovely food and had a little games room out the back. We had the dog with us and there was little dog treats and stuff on arrival which was nice. It was very cosy with all the little lights. The breakfast was really nice on the morning we checked out. Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely be back

Second time here...didn't disappoint. We had a fantastic weekend..lovely fires, BBQ, great food and friendly staff. Bed was super comfy, lots of little "bits and pieces," to make it all easier. There's plenty of walks, bike rides and lovely pubs to visit. 100% will be back for a third time next year! Well done guys and thanks! :-)

My family and I had a lovely Ely stay at the greenside farm yurt. As described had everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay. lovely friendly hosts. a beautiful yurt in a beautiful location. what more could you ask for. we'll definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at the woodland Yurt on the farm. You have the woods to yourself when you stay, meaning you can fully enjoy a peaceful weekend. We saw owls and a roe dear close to the yurt which was lovely. Dot provides you with everything you need for a perfect stay, you have the stove to heat water up which is great but there is also a communal kitchen a 2 minute walk away, where you can fill up the insulated hot water tank and your hot water bottles before bed. Dot and her family made us feel very welcome and were helpful whenever we had a question. We loved every second and will definitely be back again to that beautiful little woodland and back to the wilderness.

Booked a lovely last minute getaway and it was everything we imagined a lovely stay with everything you need , it was so nice to be able to reconnect with nature and just relax , hosts were very informative and helpful we will definitely be back again in the future

John is an absolutely brilliant host and a top bloke too...from the moment we arrived john was there to greet us with a very friendly warm welcome and a little tour of everything there is, including the cool little barn playroom with a good pool table and just a very quirky feel to it. The cabin is a lovely little place inside and out...although I'm not a keen camper and this was my first time glamping as such john was there on call at 11pm just to come over give us a hand at getting the fire set just perfect for us.. We will be back at some point but next time will try one of the rooms instead of the cabin (plus I won't have to drag you out near on midnight again haha) All in all we've had a brilliant time and would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Ps...he supports a great football team too 🙌🏼

We had a beautiful stay at Laura and Ben’s place in Coxwold. First and foremost, they are the most responsive hosts we’ve ever encountered – always friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. The yurt is absolutely stunning – spacious, cosy, and spotlessly clean. The private bathroom and loo were also immaculate. Everything was faultless inside. The only small thing to note is that we expected a bit more private outdoor space based on the photos. The fenced area to keep the sheep and lambs in (which were beautiful to see up close!) does come quite close to the veranda, which is the only outdoor area and doesn’t get much sun. It’s also close to the road, so there’s a bit of daytime traffic noise – but nothing that disturbed our sleep; we slept like babies! All in all, we had a lovely, peaceful stay and would 100% return. Just a small suggestion to update the photos to reflect the current outdoor layout. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

I am a girl who likes my home comforts and not a camping fan, whilst my partner is! Jo's yurts ticked every box to give us both what we needed, and Jo is just lovely. So welcoming and clearly loves what she does. Beautiful surroundings, lovely walks, clean, cosy accommodation! Top tip would be to pack some camping chairs as none are provided for outdoors but we loved the stay and would highly recommend. Local villages are beautiful with lots to see and do. We easily could have spent an extra night. Breakfast was delivered and cooked to order. Thank you for a great experience Jo! We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay in the yurt, it is just as described. The hot tub and private bathroom are a luxury and the yurt was clean and very comfortable. Jo and Steve are helpful with recommendations for local walks and pubs, and their optional evening meals which we opted in for were delicious and delivered to your yurt. Complimentary breakfast was a super touch! Had a great stay and would definitely return

We had a fantastic time staying in our gorgeous Yurt in the Yorkshire Dales. They have thought of everything. The views were stunning and the night sky jaw dropping! We wanted for nothing and felt like VIPs having our breakfast and evening meal delivered to our Yurt! I must also mention the food, which was delicious, well thought out and we were amazed by the variety they offer considering the small scale of the operation! Thanks both, we would highly recommend that others visit Cherish Glamping :)

We felt very welcome at Cherish. Jo and Steve were incredibly attentive and thoughtful hosts. The location of their site is beautiful and they have gone to great lengths to create a place to relax and enjoy the Dales. We hope to go back again!
