Dryden Cottage, Whitby Harbour - Beach side

This cottage is all about the view! Beach-side location at the base of the 199 steps - perfect for exploring the beautiful historic town of Whitby. Browse in the eclectic independent shops and sample the finest seafood in the local eateries. Walk up to the abbey, stroll along the piers and collect fossils from the beach, take a ride on the steam train to the neighbouring villages and explore the moors. Please note due to the beach side location of the cottage, there is unfortunately no parking.

NY Moors' peaceful retreat - Great Fryup, Lealholm

Avenue House, in the North York Moors National Park, is a self-contained cottage - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), shower room, dining/kitchen, utility, living room. Dbl futon in living room. Oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, washing machine. Wood burning stove to enjoy, large TV and Roku. A walkers/cyclists' paradise, wildlife aplenty, or just relax. Near the Yorkshire coast, Whitby, NYM steam railway & mkt towns of Pickering, Kirkbymoorside and Malton.

Rosebud Annex - self-contained in Goathland

This lovely two room self-contained, doggy friendly annex is located to the rear of our home, a charming 200 yr old cottage in the heart of Goathland (Aidensfield) Village. You have a private entrance, parking and an enclosed private garden and patio. The annex is all ground floor and is made up of two main rooms; a kitchen/living room and a bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. We are located in the centre of the village just a short stroll aways from the village shops, tea rooms and pubs.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.

The Nest has a Log burner, central heating, WIFI,smart TV, Egyptian linen and twinkling fairy lights ,. Walks onto the moors from the front door , seating area outside to watch the sun go down with a large glass of wine, welcoming family pub across the road, Co-op, and fine dining pub also in the village. Train station to Whitby from the village. We welcome two dogs at the Nest.

Places to visit nearby include: Whitby, Runswick Bay (Britains best beach 2020), Dalby Forrest with miles of cycle routes and Grosmont the home of the North Yorkshire Moors railway.

Come and stay in the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey in the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

Birch House Farm

Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave). There is a double hammock and a BBQ fire pit area outside. Perfect for a quiet break in the countryside. Couples only. No children. No dogs allowed.

AMBER ROSE WHITBY

Amber Rose is a stylish, sophisticated one bedroom first floor apartment. The apartment is well-equipped and furnished to a high standard. The lounge, diner is light, comfortable and spacious with views to the sea. The master bedroom is modern but elegant with a king size bed. Ideally positioned on the West Cliff area close to the promenade and the beach, it is only a 5 minute stroll away from the town centre and all that Whitby has to offer; restaurants, bistros, shops pubs and cafes.

Crumbleclive Cabin

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!
