Holiday rentals with lake access in North York Moors National Park

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

Stayed for 2 nights as we were seeing family and wanted to stay in a familiar area! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in such a nice location. Would definitely stay again 🤩

I live local to Kim's Airbnb only staying there while I was having building work done and needed a pet friendly home for 1week Been a local and have walked past this street many time and have always wanted to see inside....did not disappoint...thanks again Kim .. fabulous x

Arriving at larpool viaduct to Bridgett's House nestling underneath was just perfect!.. beautiful surroundings and so quiet! ducks on tap! quacking! the house was so nice.. everything you needed at hand.. a home from home! bliss to sit and have a cuppa tea and enjoy the view on one of 2 balconies! a perfect stay with my family! would highly recommend Bridgett's beautiful home! would definitely go back!... p.s. the Yorkshire water is great for a cuppa tea! p.p.s great big mugs for tea which we loved cause we're tea jennies! vinegar in the cupboard! proper! p.p.p.s we got to watch the latest series of the white lotus with the very generous inclusion of SKY! thanks Bridgett!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed! the views were absolutely beautiful and the area was peaceful and relaxing. The welcome guide was so indepth and had recommendations for everything! Would definitely come back again!

The Mistal was the perfect getaway for us, our 1 year old, dog and their grandparents. An idyllic and peaceful location, the grounds are well kept and the horses and sheep were a lovely addition for our little one to enjoy. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We would highly recommend Jeff and his lovely property to anyone.

This was an amazing place - we felt right at home. We were four families travelling to do do Yorkshire 3 peaks and chose Masham as our base. The place was just ideal and the house was amazing and extremely well kept with everything that one could imagine being around. Carolyn and Steve are true super hosts and were extremely proactive and helpful. Cant thank them enough. Would love to stay here again for sure.

Beautiful apartment on vast estate. Furnished to a high standard, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Great feel of space, light and superb views. The hall is 20 minutes drive from the local town. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and off the beaten track, you’ll like this. Really nice place in the perfect location for where I wanted to stay. The place was really nice and homely and had everything we needed and more. Very child friendly. Mark was very responsive and helpful. I’d love to stay again.

Nice and exceptionally clean flat, smells nice too. The place looks better than the photos. Kitchen facilities is a bonus. Has washing machine but very noisy, i thought itwas gong to explode! We did not use it again. But only minor thing to complain about. 2 teenagers with us and loved their stay. Surely a home away from home but still having that on holiday feeling . Pet friendly but look really clean and no dog smell nor hairs to be seen. Quiet, very clean and beautiful neighborhood. Good faciliities. Pool and gym free with a pass provided by the host. Need to book the tennis and archery in advance. Walking distance to a clean beach. We walked towards the Filey promenade which is about 30 to 45 minutes. Highly recommended and will come back again.

What a beautiful place. Simon the host was always in touch before our stay to answer any questions we had and also throughout our stay making sure everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is amazing and the setting absolutely beautiful. The accommodation provides everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. The property is private and quiet yet transport links are on the doorstep. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. It was just perfect for us.

Great dog friendly accommodation that was still super clean. In a fab location with easy and plentiful parking on a site we have never been to before but wouldn't hestitate to go to again, well maintained and great access to beach & Cleveland way for lovely walks into Filey and beyond. Very responsive & helpful host! Thank you

Beautiful apartment Helen’s instructions were really clear & check in was seamless. Didn’t really get to appreciate the surrounding area except for the stunning views. This was a brief visit as our son was competing in the Lakes Ultramarathon. We were very grateful for the welcome hamper this allowed him to refuel post race. We will definitely be back ❤️

5* accommodation! Comfortable, elegant, quiet and clean country house with welcoming garden in a beautiful part of the countryside. Well provided kitchen, pristine decoration complemented with nice and interesting ornaments. Being there is part of the weekend break.

Such a lovely place. The hosts thought of all the extra little details and communication was great. Welcome drink, bread, eggs and milk were a very nice extra touch. It’s actually even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Walkable pub/restaurant so no cooking was required but a well equipped kitchen if you do want to cook. A tablet that explained how everything operated as well as things to do in the local area. A quiet and relaxing place that I would definitely return to.

Amazing place, just what we needed. Good selection of utensils in the kitchen. To make it even better a pair of scissors and perhaps a few more glasses would have been great. The house was generally clean but there were areas with cob webs, very heavy dust on the fan in the main bathroom and the light above the sink (just for reference to the cleaning team. It did not detract from it being a great place. Lots of travellers this week on their way to Appleby, heavy police presence. No trouble at all encountered.

Beautiful cottage with lovely views and private location. Everything was super tidy and clean and Sylvia had put some really nice touches in there to make you feel welcome and at home. It had everything you could need and was a really relaxing place. Would definitely recommend.

From our arrival to our departure, Lucy ensured any questions we had were answered so quickly. The property is lovely, very very clean and so well equipped, the bathrooms are beautiful, as is all of the property. I would highly recommend staying here, and thank you Lucy, you were the perfect host, we will return again in the future.

Lovely stay. The only thing was the swimming pool needs modernising but the private access to the beach makes up for it. Nothing the owners can control.

A fabulous cottage with quality furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. I live locally and booked for some overseas guests to a family wedding. A beautiful cottage in the most stunning and well kept grounds. The chickens absolutely added value to the experience, especially the little brown one who we named Wilmer for our stay! She was the perfect little neighbour, cute, cheeky and friendly. The lake, boat and kayaks were gorgeous. Cottage stunning, found the smell of ‘dog’ noticeable when I went in which sparked some allergies but luckily, not upstairs so didn’t impact sleep. It clearly said dogs welcome downstairs so something I should have thought about in advance. The library and reading area overlooking gardens and lake was so peaceful and cottage really does optimise the space. Kitchen very well thought out with good facilities and loved the fresh eggs and white roses left, a really thoughtful and lovely gesture. Gorgeous place, privacy respected and clearly a much loved cottage. Thank you.
