Irene’s home is very warm and beautiful, nicely themed house with her life experiences all over the world, it was beautiful chatting with her.A very friendly lady, accommodating me last minute, I was also offered a wonderful humble meal , would stay again in the future!

Had a fantastic stay at Pondon Mill this weekend. We were made to feel so welcome, the breakfast was fantastic. We did establish our dog is scared of cats, but as Barbara suggested we just need to get one of our own to train him. We will definitely be returning. Amazing setting, lovely people. Fantastic place to stay with so much history. Thank you for having us!

Tina and Jasper were lovely hosts, very responsive and helpful for minor issues that occurred during our stay which they quickly resolved. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding land is lovely and quiet, great for walks even in the rain! Highly recommended hosts and location. Would love to stay again!

We were delighted with our stay at Rosie's. Rosie and Paul's helpfulness and hospitality was outstanding. The rooms where we stayed were so comfortable, spacious and clean and we had absolutely everything we could need. The meal we had at the local Italian was excellent as was Rosie's wonderful, generous breakfast. This was only a brief stay but I'd like to return and explore more of the area. We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Sian who is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her about shared interests and the local area as she showed us around the beautiful and immaculately presented house (which is even better than the photos). Our room was spotless and beautifully furnished. Location was ideal, on the edge of the stunning village of Grassington surrounded by countryside, walks, swims and plenty of other attractions well placed nearby. Lovely sheltered and private spot, excellent breakfasts to set you up for your days adventures! We love it here and can't wait to come back! Thank you Sian!

Carol is very Helpful and Responsive. She has roamed a lot in India and also some other part of the world and can indulge into meaningful discussions. The room is full of things that she has collected from India and some other parts , which is interesting. The breakfast served by her was tasty and to our liking. Would love to come back and stay again at her place.

An excellent place to stay. Everywhere immaculate and spacious. Phillipa could not have been more welcoming and did everything possible to facilitate my stay. Highly recommended.

Sally made us feel at home as soon as we arrived she is a very helpful person and the accommodation and the breakfast was lovely look forward to our return soon.

I had a lovely time at Joyce’s home. She was so welcoming and helpful and I felt very comfortable all the time I was there. I was very happy with my comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and private sitting room. And Joyce provided lots of good information and advice for my exploration of Hadrian’s Wall. I really enjoyed staying in Hexham.

We used this as a base for a couple of days cycling and it was ideal. Fiona and James were very friendly. Everything was as expected. Short (but slightly muddy) walk to a pleasant pub serving good food.

Spent a very comfortable night at Mulgrave, wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Spacious room, great shower and a lovely breakfast. Surroundings are very tranquil lovely spot to relax.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. Well,what can I say ? I had a wonderful time staying with Karen and Phil.They were so friendly and helpful.The house was beautiful and the bedroom was extremely comfortable,it was stocked with many items to make a stay even more special.The breakfast was excellent and all in all it was a fabulous place to stay,thank you very much Karen and Phil,I hope to come and stay another time.

Jenny was a great host. Thoughtful and responsive. Great location for an easy walk into Hebden Bridge - right next to the canal towpath. Good public transport links too.

My two friends and I had a wonderful stay at Sara’s. Sara gave us a special Isaac’s Tea Trail package providing dinner as well as bed and breakfast. The meals were all delicious, and very appreciated as we were on foot and unable to drive to nearby pubs. The house and location is beautiful and we were greeted with tea, warm crumpets and a log fire - perfect after a long wet walk. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Sara is a fantastic warm host and so interesting to talk to. I’d highly recommend staying - you won’t want to leave though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The White Swan! Di was super helpful and responsive, the room itself was lovely, very clean, full of amenities and bed super comfy. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the pub, they were even able to accommodate for my gluten allergy which I was grateful for. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again ☺️

Deborah’s home was beautiful and perfect for what we needed as a family for our three night stay in Yorkshire. She made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay with our 19 month old daughter. Thank you so much!!!

A lovely stay in a beautiful village. The room was comfortable and looked just like the photos. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and is huge and absolutely spotless - the shower was great. There was a huge bath too which I didn't use but looked like it'd be lovely. I had an evening walk around Skelton which is a beautiful peaceful village with a really pretty church and village green. Anne was really friendly and recommended a route I could take. She was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I'd definitely stay again.

Tracey runs an exceptional accommodation, we wanted for absolutely nothing this weekend. The guest lounge is stocked with everything you could ever want, we were completely spoilt for choice at breakfast. The room and bathroom were spotless. Tracey is the more accommodating host and so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again
