Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Topsail Beach

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Great location tucked back in an older neighborhood on the water, clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Thank you so much, Wendy & Jeff!

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

Sara is a phenomenal host. Her place was as described and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked but the local restaurants, so many within easy walking distance, were too tempting to resist. The furnishings were all comfortable, including the bed, which was much appreciated. If you have stayed at an airbnb with a cheap mattress, you will understand my relief. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watching the boats sail by. After breakfast at The Drift Coffee + Kitchen (awesome avocado toast) we set a goal to explore the entire Riverwalk and it was easily done, even in the June heat. Whether boat tours, historical home tours, horse drawn carriage rides, or shopping are on your list, Sara's condo is centrally located and very convenient. So much so, once we parked our car, we didn't need it again until we were ready to leave. And as an additional convenience, the complementary parking pass was so helpful. We look forward to another stay.

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The microwave is in a bad place. It would be better on the counter. Beds were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Having rented quite a few places in the Topsail/Surf City area, my wife and I agreed that this was a top favorite. Will certainly look here for future stays.

Great dog friendly place to stay! Easy walk to the beach, and a great cozy home feeling right next to the ocean. Tara was a great host, responsive, and had great local recommendations. We had two golden retrievers with us and her outdoor shower and hose came in especially handy! Would definitely stay again!

Sea Stilts is a very nice oceanfront, single level, 3-Bedroom beach house in a quiet neighborhood. I think of it as a bungalow. Walk off the back porch down the steps and you are on the beach. We have stayed there twice now, in mid April and now early May. There were not a lot of people on the beach. That may change some during the summer months, but even if all the adjacent houses were fully occupied I don’t think the beach would be crowded. The back porch has 6 composite “LL Bean” type high chairs with cup holders so you can sit out there and enjoy the unobstructed ocean view. When we arrived (easy entry via digital combination lock), the place was clean and neat. We never ran out of hot water (there were 2 of us), and there is a nice stacking washer/dryer so you can do your laundry. We would definitely stay there again!

The beach house was a wonderful place to stay for my family. It’s in a quiet area and is a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was great for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

We had an excellent time at Alex's house on the Topsail Beach. Just steps from beach access, Alex has outfitted his home with all the beach toys needed for a family with umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards etc. This was so helpful and a nice treat. The home is clean and well kept; having the separate space for our teenage girls was really nice too. We hope to be back!

We chose Jennifer's place for many reasons and we sure did it right! We were celebrating a birthday and made an extended Memorial Day weekend out of it! Jennifer's place is amazing. It was the perfect beach house for us! She has top quality in furnishings, bedding, and accents! The hot tub was an added bonus :-) The location was great as well never more than a 30 minute drive around the island to get to shops, restaurants, and fun things to do! And the short walk down the street to the beach made it even better! We highly recommend her place if you are considering it! You will be as satisfied as we were! Thank you Jennifer for opening up your beautiful beach house!

Susan’s AirB&B was very spacious and looks almost new. It is only a block away from the beach. The neighborhood has a private beach access. If you don’t want the crowds of Myrtle Beach and somewhere newer than the Outer Banks, Topsail is a great fit!!

Carmen was wonderful to work with! The only downside was there was really no beach with high tide due to erosion. We made the best of it and found a public access a little further away and had a great time. The place was adorable and we felt incredibly safe the whole time. Would definitely book this place again!

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Betsy's place. The ocean was right outside of our balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach gave up wonderful shell and smooth stone treasures. We had a great time and definitely will return here again.

Great stay for our family, bunk beds were a big plus, and beach chairs, boogie board, and pool noodles left were an awesome bonus.

The unit is very well stocked with everything you need to make it a home away from home. It was spotless (the cleanest rental I’ve ever encountered) and beautifully decorated. The balcony provides a great place to sit and enjoy gorgeous ocean views. The property was quiet, with a friendly atmosphere, nice pool, and easy beach access. Mary & Josie are fantastic hosts who go above and beyond to make this the fantastic place that it is!

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights over Memorial weekend at Shelley’s place It’s perfect for 2 people and maybe a small family for a peaceful family time Unfortunately weather wasn’t the best but advantage of ocean front on 3 rd floor with an excellent view made for it Apartment is tasteful decorated, comfortable, clean and homey, has everything you need including beach attire, easy parking, pool, playground, outside grills Shelley is very friendly and easy approachable, thank you We are very picky eaters and found no great restaurants in a whole Topsell beach area , so I recommend to bring food you like and beverages and enjoy it at her apartment with oceanfront views 😀

Perfect family (with children) property. 4 pools (two kiddo pools) right on the beach, great restaurant onsite, and the room was perfectly decorated and accommodating. Arcade game and board games with ample Comfy seating was very nice. We would go back with all the kids without hesitation (and we are picky when it comes to where we stay for what we pay). Thanks for hosting us!

The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

We enjoyed our stay at Bee and Joe's. It looked just like the photos and everything was so clean. We took our 2 yo and 8 yo and they absolutely loved it. It felt like home and the kids room was the perfect setup with the bunk beds and trundle. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean from the condo. We could also see the ocean from the main bedroom windows. The washer and dryer were very handy. The location is amazing and close to so many places to eat. It's very close to Surf City and other great surrounding areas. The beach is literally steps away and made it so easy to go back to the condo if we happened to leave something behind or someone had to use the restroom. Bee and Joe were very responsive. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.
