Holiday rentals with a pool in North Topsail Beach

5 star home! This was great for our entire family vacation. We had grandparents and newborns and every age in between. This house was beautiful, clean, and literally ON the beach. We’ve already made plans to come back. The hosts were incredibly responsive. They took care of ever need we had.

We absolutely loved this Air B&B!! It was beautifully decorated and was even more spacious than the pictures seemed. Erin always responded quickly and we were invited to check in early because the house was ready early, which we really appreciated after driving over 10 hours to NC. Beach views are beautiful!! And you are right on the beach. 10/10 would highly recommend

Gorgeous home, spectacular views, extremely clean and organized. Very easy to use all areas of the home when having some disabilities. Best part of home was the views didn’t matter what room you were in. Felt at home, made me calm. Best was to celebrate my 1 yr wedding anniversary with my husband and was able to visit with my mom while done there and she was able to come inside and see the view, when she can’t do any steps. Elevator helped accomplish that. Definitely will be back, this is the are we want to move to one day. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly, checked in with us before during and after our visit to ensure we were having the best time ever highly recommended!!!!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

Tickled Pink was the perfect house for our family. I have never stayed in a rental that was stocked so well, kitchen and bathrooms. We always had enough plates, cups and towels. The house and all the activities in the pool area were wonderful for all the grandkids to enjoy. Pool was heated and appreciated on mostly cool days the beginning of June. Location was quiet and the beach not crowded. We had a wonderful stay at Tickled Pink and highly recommend this well managed property. Thank you for making our family vacation a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. This last-minute short trip turned out to be just perfect. Everything we needed was conveniently available on-site, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We also appreciated having a restaurant and a coffee/ice cream shop right there. The check-in process was incredibly simple, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.

The host was very thoughtful and went above and beyond with providing a lovely gift basket and extra toiletries in case we forgot anything. She was willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Being in walking distance to the beach was nice, but the heated pool was the cherry on top. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Verya clean and modern space, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The amenities were thoughtful, definitely recommend!

The unit is very well stocked with everything you need to make it a home away from home. It was spotless (the cleanest rental I’ve ever encountered) and beautifully decorated. The balcony provides a great place to sit and enjoy gorgeous ocean views. The property was quiet, with a friendly atmosphere, nice pool, and easy beach access. Mary & Josie are fantastic hosts who go above and beyond to make this the fantastic place that it is!

We totally enjoyed our trip and this unit we stayed in. Views and beach absolutely beautiful. Unit was open, clean and decorated beautifully.

Staying here was a breeze and a gem of a find. From booking, to getting suggestions on things to do, to staying updated on things going on at the condo, Brandi stayed on top of everything. The condo had everything we needed to cook, for the beach, and even entertainment during the storms. I would definitely rebook this space again in the future!

Beautiful condo, right on the beach. Complex had several pools and a jacuzzi, restaurant off the lobby. Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend her condo.

This place is one of our new favorites spots at the beach. Our family really had a great time. The resort is so nice, and convenient to have beautiful pools, but also be right there on the beach. It was not over crowded as well, and just a really nice experience. We would definitely recommend this place for all.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

This condo is amazing for like couples or if you have let’s say a kid or 2 they have 2 bunk beds near the door with their own little bathroom but the main bedroom is very comfortable and cozy I felt like I was still at home and the beach is not even a 5 minute walk which is always convenient!
