The cottage is NOT suitable for children under 12 years of age because of the spiral staircase and pond. NO pets because we have severe allergies. A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Fenced secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The Annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space for one car. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

We live in a quiet and tranquil village surrounded by beautiful fields and countryside. Our studio flat is recently refurbished and is separate to our family home with its own access. There are many pretty walks around the area and several pubs in easy proximity. We have a village shop, and both Basingstoke and Tadley are 10 minutes by car.
