Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Ostrobothnia

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

We stopped with a baby and two teenagers on our way north. After a long drive, it was nice to go to the sauna, and to stay loose when they found their own space. The positive surprise was that we got the car in the garage. It was lovely to have a tasty breakfast belonging to the apartment. It was a great place to rest for our pop. It's nice to continue your journey rested. We'll definitely be back again. Thanks for your kind service!

Everything was really good. Easy to find, easy communication and a relaxing environment. Also the sauna was a big plus. We can really recommend staying here :)

We rented Helena's house for our family's use for the second time. The house is in a quiet location and it is easy to get around in the Oulu area. There you will find a full kitchen equipment for more demanding cooking and plenty of space inside and on the outdoor terrace. Communication with Helena is easy and fast. If you are travelling to Oulu, you will certainly not find a better place to stay.

We rented both apartments in this semi-detached house for Easter. Our daughter's family of 2 adults and three children in the bigger and Grandma and Pappa in the smaller. We were brilliantly satisfied and the surroundings were peaceful,not a long distance to shops and services about, 2km. Outdoor terrain right from the door,skiing, jogging,Frisbee trails, etc . A nice and tidy cottage and a traditional sauna in a really great location, from where you can admire the stunningly beautiful landscape of the sea.

We were at this place for the second time, and the accommodation was excellent again! The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and all the amenities are there. A particularly suitable destination from the point of view of a family with children - and Yläkemijoki is probably the most beautiful environment in the world.

A very pleasant stay in the fisherman's house, with the added bonus of beautiful northern lights. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, well-equipped and hosts are attentive and caring with travelers. Thank you!

Cute, clean and dog-friendly accommodation with a beautiful garden that you can share. We always received quick answers and good recommendations to any questions we had. The visit was worthwhile for us. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is located in a prime location in the centre of Oulu and by the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, you could have admired it for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again if possible.

All went well , it was privet , clean and big apartment with sauna . Easy checked-in , the owner send all the details and easy to get into to the apartment… but they don’t have a spare sheets at all. Not far to everything walked-able just 5 mins to Sokos (it was looks like the center for me as a new in town) .. big balcony can see the park (sound nice for the summertime) …

Simply put, the apartment was excellent — very clean and well-equipped for all our needs. The neighborhood had a pleasant vibe, and the nearby park is definitely worth a walk, especially during the summer

A wonderful, peaceful place in a beautiful, lush residential area. The accommodation was perfect for a three-night stay during the training days. The room was a little cool, but it didn't bother me. The room was dark and the bed was really comfortable - I slept very well!

Thank you very much for your hospitality, it was very nice after a long journey to drink hot tea with delicious treats waiting for us on the table. The boy was very happy with the toys waiting for him in the room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the sleep was nice. We also had a lot of different cosmetics and household items at our disposal. Eija is very attentive to guests, she was always in touch and responded immediately. Special thanks for your help in a situation where the door slams and the key was left inside. Definitely recommend to everyone
