Comfortable, is a good choice

We stayed here to attend an event at a nearby arena. Rosalinda's home was in a great location and was perfectly safe with a friendly gatekeeper. The house is more luxurious and cleaner than the pictures show, very relaxing and very comfortable. We had a problem with the key when we entered the house and a problem with the air conditioner in one room on the first day, both of which were quickly resolved. This is a great place to stay with family or friends who want to keep their stay private.

Delzyanna's house is perfect for a large family. The house has everything for a comfortable stay for a family. We were 19 people including kids and elders and we had a great stay.

Super room in a fantastic location. Arief was very friendly and helpful. Chinatown and Kota are both are short walk from the apartment. The amenities are great especially the washing machine. Jakarta is very hot and humid so the washer came in handy. Great overall experience here.

Great place to stay in, and plenty of materials to gorge yourselves into. There's a collection of CD's and a player in the living room. If you love Star Wars, definitely a place to visit.

The place is good, easy to find, quite safe because there is security in front, easy to check in, according to the photos, minimalist but complete, all functional areas are very functional. Stay here because her husband and friends watch a concert at indoor tennis senayan, it can be reached by walking distance.

It’s very comfortable stayed here for a few days. The atmosphere is peaceful, not too noisy. It’s really beneficial for those who want to relax. I will definitely come back here again.

I stayed at Kumala for 2 months. The rooms are very clean, and staff is very kind. During my stay I had some minor problems with the room facilities, but they were very responsive and alsways solved the things very fast. They offer breakfast which often is Indonesian based which i liked a lot. The place truly gives Bali vibes as well. The only thing that is a minus is the prayers from the near Mosques. This is However not something they are in fault with. I can definitely recommend and would return if I’m back again.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms were spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely loved the basketball court! Thank you!!

Had a great 4 weeks stay at Kumala Living! My hosts were Irene & Adi and it was such a blessing having them live on the property- they were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: - Great property! Clean and green and oh, so spacious! - The facilities within the property such as laundry (open 24/7) - The extremely kind and helpful hosts - The yummy Breakfast everyday! - Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks While the location didn't work for me (it was far from my workplace)- the hosts had nothing to do with it. I should have done my distance/time calculations better. I highly recommend this place for long and short-term stays- both!

This warm, picture-perfect place is just a few minutes from the center by motorbike, and you can also find many local food places nearby. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to my messages. Definitely would want to stay here again.
