great apartment room, the utility very complete. its really great for someone who spend 1-30 days. kitchen utensil complete and ready to use, oven is available to use. water dispenser also useful, we can use hot water for coffee and cold water. so many ready to use houseware. So its a ready to stay apartment for us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

James' place was as per the pictures provided. He was very proactive in providing check in instructions and followed up with us to check if we needed any help in any way even when he was also away from work! The apartment is clean, as I expected, suitable for bringing children or families, children can play without fear of getting dust or dirty furniture. The host is also very responsive. So far there are no obstacles. Lucky me to get this apartment

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's unit. Situated just next to Central Park Mall, made it really convenient for us to get food etc. Washing machine is also available inside the unit, perfect for our 2 weeks stay. We had to extend our trip twice and rly appreciate how responsive and easy the process was
